Returns & Refunds:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Please email photos and your order number to willowwonderco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
